15m Sprint Test

Equipment Needed

  • • Tape measure or measuring wheel
  • • Flat, non-slip surface
  • • Stopwatch or phone timer
  • • Cones or markers

Setup

  1. Mark start line and 15m finish line
  2. Ensure surface is flat and safe
  3. Warm up thoroughly (10-15 minutes)

Procedure

  1. Start in standing position behind start line
  2. Begin timing when you cross start line
  3. Sprint as fast as possible to 15m line
  4. Stop timing when chest crosses finish line
  5. Rest 2-3 minutes between attempts
  6. Record best time from 2-3 attempts

Stop immediately if you feel pain. Avoid maximal efforts when ill or fatigued.

30m Sprint Test
